Your role/Job Responsibilities

  • Set up and support employee computer systems running Windows, macOS and Linux
  • Diagnosis and resolution of desktop software issues.
  • Support of office resources including printers and conferencing equipment.
  • Support of office network resources.
  • Ensuring new / replacement hardware is ordered in time
  • Keeping an inventory of all the hardware in use by employees
  • Managing our internal network / Wi-Fi setup.
  • Enforcing office security protocols.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT-facility / Support management or similar
  • Good knowledge of network protocols
  • Sound knowledge of various Client Systems, Microsoft Windows 10 and Apple macOS
  • Experience in maintaining of network equipment (Router, WiFi Access Points)
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Google G-Suite/Azure AD)
  • English is a must and Dutch would be a plus.
